Disclosure of Information Changing of Corporate Secretary PT BUKIT ASAM Tbk
Wednesday, 15 January 2020 PT Bukit Asam Tbk ("Bukit Asam") announces the information of change of Corporate Secretary. The changing is accordance to Board of Directors Dicree PT Bukit Asam Tbk Number 009/0100/2020 dated 15 January 2020 within prior approved by Board of Commissioner in accordance with Company's Article of Association.
Previous Corporate Secretary is Mr Suherman, while now is Mr. Hadis Surya Palapa. The changing is effective on date 15 January 2020 or in date of his appointment. Therefore within such changing, the information related to Corporate Secretary as follow:
