Thursday (19/3/2015) in Indonesia Kempinski Hotel, PT. Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk received 2015 Men's Obsession Award as “BEST STATE OWNED COMPANIES ACHIEVERS” in MINING & ENERGY category. The award was organized by Men's Obsession (MO) magazines.

This award was given to PTBA for its achievement of above 16% Net Profit Margin in this tough business climate. It shown PTBA has better performance than Pertamina and other mining companies in mining and energy sector. The award was handed over by MO Chief Editor, Elly Simanjuntak to PTBA President Director, Milawarma. The evening event also attended by Head of People's Representative Councils (Zulkifli Hasan), Minister of Interior (Tjahjo Kumolo) and Vice President (Jusuf Kalla).

The award was reflection of 2014 PTBA performance achievement and commitment for sustainable growth and to add values for stakeholders and environment. This independent review will boost spirit and confidence that PTBA, its subsidiaries and its affiliated companies are the companies with best performance achievements.
