This is the Positive Achievement of PTBA During 2016
PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk or PTBA successfully achieve various positive achievements during the year 2016. In addition to operating, financial, and production performance, which exceeded the target, PTBA also received no less than 21 awards from a number of independent research institutes and national rankings, covering various fields, be it business, environmental management, and social.
One was from the international research institute Bloomberg put PTBA financial performance in the third quarter of 2016 as a "Best" national company category coal mining sector to the achievement of the level of net profit (net profit margin) of 17 percent.
PTBA also became the only national coal mining company which secured the highest award in the field of environmental management including social environment, namely Gold PROPER 2016.
PROPER is the Program Performance Rating In Environmental Management organized by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK). PTBA able to maintain Gold PROPER for four consecutive years since the first award received in 2013 ago.
PTBA President Director Ir Arviyan Arifin invites employees to make numerous awards and positive ratings received PTBA as an indicator to reflect themselves.

According Arviyan Arifin, all the achievements PTBA on the support of various parties, apart from the internal Bukit Asam also support from the government, especially local government Muara Enim and District Lahat as well as all components of society about the company's operations that has given the role and contribution of positive to the achievement of performance company.
On the occasion of the event, PTBA also re-distributed about 8,000 packages of nutrients into 25 villages and villages in five districts in the district of Muara Enim and Lahat. This activity started since December 22, 2015 and ending on January 1, 2016.
