Organized by BACT, There Was The Excitement of National Safety Movement 2016
In conjunction with the National Safety Movement (Gernas K3) 2016, Bukit Asam Coal Terminal (BACT) at Port Tarahan Unit of PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk or PTBA has organized various event that involving employees, business partners, and community.
Based on "Improve K3 Culture to Promote Productivity and Competitiveness in the International Market" theme, this event took place from 2 to February 15, 2016. It has begun with Gernas K3 ceremony in BACT internal, then giving ceremony on a charity program to 40 people of fishing communities in Srengsem village at Panjang district, in the form of 40 sacks of rice each 10 kilograms and 40 fishing rods.
Awarness program on society and environment is also demonstrated by the implementation of reforestation on soil and water conservation by planting bambbo clubs around the slops of Mount Batu Serampok. For the training program, held emergency first aid traning and fire fighting in the office K3LS BACT that followed by work units and business parters Port Tarahan Unit. In addition, safety talk contest was held at the same location.
