In order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (POJK) Regulation No. 31 / POJK.04 / 2015 on Information Disclosure or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, we hereby submit the resignation information of one of the members of PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is Mr. Arie Prabowo Ariotedjo as Director of Commerce of the Company by letter dated May 3, 2017.
The resignation was made due to the appointment of Mr. Arie Prabowo Ariotedjo as President Director of PT Antam (Persero) Tbk through the Resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Antam (Persero) Tbk on May 2, 2017.
