During his working visit to Lampung, President Jokowi had the chance to visit PTBA Tarahan Port Unit after his visit to PLTU Sebalang, Tarahan, South Lampung on Tuesday, 25th of November, 2014. He was welcomed by Mr. Milawarma as the Managing Director and Mr. Agus Suhartono as the Chief Commissioner.

President Jokowi and his delegation enjoyed lunch on the fifth floor of PTBA Tarahan Port Unit Office. From that place, President Jokowi looked around the area of Tarahan Port Unit. Mr. Milawarma explained to President Jokowi about the condition of the area nowadays.

After lunch, President Jokowi prayed Asyar together with the delegation in the praying room which is located on the same floor. After that, he asked for leave to Mr. Heri Supriyanto as the Operational and Production Director, Mr. Milawarma and Mr. Agus Suhartono. President Jokowi then continued his working visit to Trimurjo, Central Lampung.

During his working visit to PTBA Tarahan Port Unit, President Jokowi brought along Mrs. Rini Sumarno as the Minister of State Owned Enterprises and Mr. Sudirman Said as the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources. Mrs. Rini Soemarno had once visited PTBA Tarahan Port Unit on 13th of November, 2014.
