PT . Bukit Asam ( Persero ) Tbk or PTBA awarded "Top 50 Public Listed Companies” in the 7^th Corporate Governance Award, Monday (2015/11/16) at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski. The award given based on the assessment of GCG implementation within the Company based on ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard by Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Indonesian Listed Companies Association (AEI) . The scorecard will be implemented as road to ASEAN Capital Market Integration.

The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard provided a rigorous methodology benchmarked against international best practice to assess the corporate governance performance of publicly listed companies in the 6 (six) participating ASEAN member countries. The methodology provided investors comparable informations as part of their investment decision-making process. The ASEAN scorecard also provides assurance that corporate governance is a priority agenda in the ASEAN region.
