PTBA Awarded 'Top 50 Public Listed Companies'
Monday (2015/11/16), PTBA awarded as "Top 50 Public Listed Companies" in the 7th Corporate Governance Award, Monday (2015/11/16) at Bali Room Hotel Indonesia Kempinski. The award given based on the assessment of GCG implementation based on ASEAN Corporate Governance ScoreCard by Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Indonesian Listed Companies Association (AEI) . The scorecard will be implemented as road to ASEAN Capital Market Integration.
