PTBA Builds Preschool, Posyandu and Meeting Hall for Bara Lestari Community
Bara Lestari Housing Complex, located in Keban Agung 5 Village, Lawang Kidul District, Muara Enim Regency, now has a Preschool, Integrated Healthcare Center (Posyandu) and a Meeting Hall, built by PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) as a form of social responsibility to community around the Company's operational areas.
PTBA VP Sustainability Hartono handed the buildings to the Al-Dzikra Preschool Principal, Posyandu Management, and Meeting Hall Management, witnessed by the Head of Keban Agung Village and Head of Lawang Kidul Sub-District on Friday, February 3, 2023.
According to Hartono, PTBA’s noble intention for Bara Lestari community is in line with PTBA's CSR work program to improve the quality of education, health, and community activities around the Company's operational area.
“We hope that the Preschool, Posyandu, and Meeting Hall buildings can be used in the best way and become centers for education, health, and community activities. We realize that the support of Keban Agung 5 Village community contributed greatly to the buildings development process," said Hartono.
Al-Dzikra Preschool Principal expressed her gratitude to PTBA for providing a complete building facilities for early childhood educational teaching and learning activities. "Hopefully PT Bukit Asam Tbk will always synergize for the sake of our community," she said.
The Hall Management and Posyandu Management also gave their appreciation to PTBA. The people really look forward to these facilities because Posyandu and Meeting Hall are very important to support the community activities.
"Thank you to PTBA for building this public facilities, we hope in the future PTBA will continue to care about our community. We wish PTBA to grow, to be more successful and full of blessings," they said.
