PTBA Committed to Implement GCG
PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk or PTBA committed to implement principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). GCG was in accordance with PTBA Business Ethics, which conduct business in a professional manner without being influenced by other parties.
This was according to PTBA President Director memo as follows;
Commitment for Good Corporate Governance Implementation
As commitment to implement principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and in accordance with Business Ethics and Good Work Ethics, Board of Commissioners, Directors and all Employees of PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk or abbreviated as PTBA, hereby state will not receive and give gifts and parcels containing elements of gratification, include during the religious holidays celebration of such as Eid al-Fitr 1st Syawal 1436 H, either directly or indirectly, of all stakeholders and other parties associated with PTBA.
If in the future have or known, found any acceptance and / or demand as well as giving gifts that are contrary to GCG principles from PTBA, then we look for all stakeholders PTBA support to take no action by not reporting it to us through PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk Violations Reporting System on phone number 021-527 4635 or email spp@bukitasam.co.id
