Tanjung Enim, Indonesia - PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk or PTBA changed the composition of several officials level from manager to senior manager level. This change of arrangement was submitted to the Regular Meeting Management (RMM) in October held at PTBA Rec Hall in Tanjung Enim (12/10).

In this change, Corporate Secretary of PTBA also changed from Adib Ubaidillah to Suherman. Furthermore, Adib Ubaidillah served as GM Commercial PTBA. Meanwhile, Suherman, before being as Corporate Secretary is a Treasury and Budgeting. In addition to the change of Corporate Secretary, Corporate Communications Manager and Public Relations also changed from Asmara Karma to Subandi. Previously, Subandi was the Marketing Administration Manager. While Asmara Karma will move on to Performance Evaluation of Subsidiaries.

This handover of change position was conducted on Monday, 16 October in PTBA representatives office of Jakarta.

This change of position was followed by the replacement of several other positions such as SM CSR which is now held by Kanthi Miarso, SM Marketing and Domestic Sales held by Biverli Binanga, and SM Marketing and Export Sales held by Rafli Yandra. This change of arrangement will be effective officially on 12 October 2017. Replacement or rotation of this position is commonly done by PTBA to continue to optimize its human resources. Through this position rotation, PTBA HR is expected to continue to develop personal potential as well as develop company performance.
