Board of Directors of PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk (PTBA) conducted Safari Ramadhan 1438 Hijriyah to PTBA's work units in Tanjung Enim Mining Unit (UPTE), Kertapati in Palembang, and Tarahan Unit in Bandar Lampung.

The activity of Ramadhan Safari Board of Directors of PTBA to PTBA's work units were conducted in three consecutive days, June 14-16, 2017, which started with breaking fast together until Isha and tarawih.

PTBA President Director, Arviyan Arifin said the event was held as a gathering event between PTBA with the entire community and local government. In addition, with this activity is expected to establish a strong relationship with the entire community as stakeholders.

"We ask the people around the company to pray for PTBA to be more developed, so it can give more contribution to the community around the company," said Arviyan Arifin in his speech at “Buka Puasa Bersama” held at Jami Bukit Asam Tanjung Enim Mosque on Wednesday (14/6).

On Nuzulul Qur'an's commemoration, President Director of PTBA with Muara Enim Regent, Ir. Muzakir Sai Sohar, symbolically gives compensation to orphans, the dhuafa, and mu'alaf in the ring area of UPTE operations. Not only filled with the provision of assistance, Nuzulul Quran also filled with tausiyah before breaking the fast and after tarawih prayer by K.H. Ahmad Ihsan or the familiar called Ustad Cepot.

Open Fasting with the Board of Directors, PTBA employees of Kertapati Dermaga Unit and their partners are held at RM Sri Melayu Palembang on Thursday (15/6). In this event, CSR donation was given symbolically to the Ring I community in the operational area of PTBA Derti in the form of food packages. Breaking the fast together which continued with Isha and tarawih also filled with tausiyah from Dr. Sharif Husin.

At Tarahan Port Unit (Peltar), Open Fasting with Board of Commisioners, Board of Directors, employees and partners of PTBA held in GSG PTBA Peltar, Friday (16/6). As in other work units, PTBA also provides symbolically handed over aid to three orphanages and LAZDAI Lampung. Not only that, PTBA also provide packages of food package to the four local people located in Ring I operational area of PTBA Peltar. The event filled with tausiyah from Ustad Ismail continued with Shariat isya and tarawih after breaking the fast together.

As a blessing month, Ramadhan becomes the right moment to keep in touch with each other, share, and strengthen responsibility with other people. The event was held by PTBA became an important event because in each PTBA business unit, in fact able to involve the invited guests, including PTBA employees, grandchildren, PTBA partners, local government including Muspida to Tripika, as well as other elements of society.
