Sobat Aksi Ramadan 2025, 41 Bukit Asam (PTBA) Volunteers Spread Kindness in Tanjung Enim

A total of 41 employees from PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) volunteered for Sobat Aksi Ramadan 2025 event, held in Tanjung Enim from March 11-18, 2025.
Sobat Aksi Ramadan 2025 program, initiated by the Ministry of SOEs, aims to encourage state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to spread joy, improve welfare, and support the community during the holy month of Ramadan.
The goal is to reinforce values of togetherness, compassion, and mutual cooperation, while fostering strong relationships with the community and contributing to its welfare. This program aligns with the Asta Cita principles set forth by the government, particularly point 8, which emphasizes supporting social harmony and enhancing tolerance among religious communities.
Sobat Aksi Ramadan also engages young SOE employees to foster greater loyalty and enthusiasm, while cultivating a better corporate culture through enhanced empathy and social responsibility.
"Through Sobat Aksi Ramadan 2025 initiative, Bukit Asam is present within the community, fostering harmonious relationships and consistently making positive contributions. During this blessed Ramadan, we aim to share happiness with the community," said Dedy Saptaria Rosa, VP of Sustainability at PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA).
Sobat Aksi Ramadan activity took place on March 11, 2025, at the Baitul Muttaqien Mosque, followed by another session on March 15, 2025, at the Asy-Syafi'i Mosque, and concluded on March 18, 2025, at the Nurul Iman Mosque. All three mosques are located in Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra.
During this activity, the volunteers cleaned the mosque, organized the Qur'an and prayer equipment. Afterward, the volunteers distributed takjil to the community and concluded with the Maghrib prayer.
In the evening, Bukit Asam volunteers distributed dinner to those praying in congregation at the mosque, orphans, and the underprivileged members of the community and they broke the fast together. Bukit Asam volunteers also presented aid worth Rp3 million to each mosque.
Darwin, Chairman of the Nurul Iman Mosque DKM, expressed his gratitude to Bukit Asam volunteers for carrying out the social activities.
"On behalf of the management and the community, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Bukit Asam team for the activities held at the Nurul Iman Mosque.
