On the theme "Transforming Human Resources for Corporate Excellence in Facing Global Competition", work meeting (Raker) 2016 held by PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) as reiterated that the company is ready to make new changes for the achievement of the target company until 2020.

Was held at the House Serban Guna (GSG) Office PTBA Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra, 20-21 January 2016, Milawarma, Director of PTBA, revealing that performance achievement in 2015 was still relatively encouraging. However, when compared to 2011 last year, conditions are much different. At that time, PTBA were in the best performance in Indonesia, where its nett margin above 25%, while its gross margin of 49%.

Meanwhile in 2015, at least PTBA has managed to become a coal company that has a good performance amid the economic downturn that led to the fall in coal prices and make some coal company to shut down theirs operational. Fortunately, broke down is claimed does not occur in PTBA which now has 12 subsidiaries and 11 sub-subsidiaries.

With the achievement of the performance, the Board PTBA give special thanks to the large family that has run the PTBA corporate governance in various dynamics still provide excellent performance. Even so, PTBA agreed to make some changes that will continue in the form of innovation that continues inflamed to all its human resources to avoid unexpected losses and improve the efficiency of theirs operations.
