17 Ambassadors of Desa Gemilang Already Sent to Bogor by PTBA for HR Training
As part of its corporate social responsibility program, PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk or PTBA throught CSR Unit already sent about 17 people as ambassadors from the four villages to Bogor at 3 January.
The ambassadors will attend training for 6 months in Rumah Gemilang Indonesia (RGI) that managed by Yayasan Al Azhar Peduli Umat. As for all the participants consisted of 3 representatives of Dusun Tanjung, 5 person from Desa Lingga, 6 person of Bara Housing, and 3 person from the Desa Pelakat.
According to Hendri Mulyono, Assistant Manager of Planning and Documentation CSR PTBA, the goals of trainning for ambassador from four vilalges in the Ring 1 PTBA is to improve human resource capacity in order to support Desa Gemilang program in each of their villages. During the training, they are given to choose freely the material the want to master, such as automotive engineering, graphic design, photography, office, fashion, computer and network engineering.
"We hope that the 17 ambassadors who attended training in RGI can be pioneers in their respective villages in realizing the targets to be Desa Gemilang," said Hendri.
