Palembang, December 23, 2025 – PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), a member of the MIND ID Mining Industry State-Owned Enterprise Holding, continues to strengthen its workplace culture transformation through the Think Big and Action (TIBIA) program.

The program represents the Company’s commitment to encouraging PTBA employees to think strategically, innovate, and boldly take concrete actions amid the increasingly dynamic challenges of the energy industry.

TIBIA is an internal PTBA initiative that instills a mindset of thinking big while taking real action across all lines of work. Through TIBIA, employees are encouraged not only to generate innovative ideas but also to implement them effectively to enhance efficiency, productivity, and the Company’s competitiveness.

PTBA Corporate Secretary Division Head Eko Prayitno stated that TIBIA serves as a response to the growing complexity of the coal industry, while also acting as a foundation to support business transformation and long-term sustainability.

TIBIA Chairman Hasan Rinaldi noted that the name TIBIA was chosen to reflect the Company’s vision of building a strong foundation for growth and progress through innovative ideas.

Through TIBIA, PTBA is committed to fostering sustainable innovation in line with the Company’s strategic direction.

Since its implementation, Hasan explained, TIBIA has generated various innovative initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency, cost optimization, and performance improvement across multiple work units. The program has also strengthened cross-functional collaboration and fostered a culture of continuous improvement within PTBA.

“More than just an innovation program, TIBIA is expected to become an integral part of PTBA’s work culture—one that is adaptive, agile, and solution-oriented.
