Palembang, 27 December 2025 – PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) has reaffirmed its commitment to public information transparency by earning the Informative Public Body recognition for 2025 in the Public Information Disclosure Monitoring and Evaluation conducted by the South Sumatra Provincial Information Commission.

PTBA recorded a score of 94.84, placing the Company in the highest category of the public information disclosure assessment. The achievement reflects PTBA’s strong compliance in providing accessible, reliable, and accountable public information services.

The monitoring and evaluation process measures public institutions’ compliance with Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure, based on key indicators including information availability, quality of public information services, and leadership commitment to transparency.

PTBA Corporate Secretary Division Head Eko Prayitno stated that the recognition demonstrates the Company’s consistent implementation of transparency and accountability principles.

“Through the effective management of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), PTBA continues to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality access to public information,” he said.

Looking ahead, PTBA remains committed to strengthening public information management as part of its Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices and efforts to enhance public and stakeholder trust.
