PTBA Routinely Providing Donation to TPA in the District of Lawang Kidul
Through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Unit, PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk or PTBA providing donations to one of Taman Pendidikan Al Quran (TPA) in the BTN Air Paku, Lawang Kidul. This donation is one of PTBA concern in religious education in the area around the company's operations.
The procession of the donation was represented by Bambang Sumantoro, Assistant Manager of Regional Development CSR PTBA and Zakaria as manager TPA, Friday (02/19/2016). The donation consists of cash money for the District Lawang Kidul, Rp 500 thousand per TPA, as well as endowments Koran to add libraries.
According to Bambang, the donation activitiy is a regular agenda for the development of environment and religion PTBA, where every month as many as 20 of the 100 existing TPA in the District Lawang got donation in turn. The donation itself being used for coaching and providing text books of religion and the Koran.
Meanwhile, Zakaria said, that PTBA donation very useful which is the benefit can be used to support the activities of TPA in educating and fostering the students regularly. By doing so, the younger generation in the PTBA business environment area can literacy and reading the Koran.
