PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk or PTBA welcomes 15 youth of Muara Enim who have finished the House of Bright Indonesia training or Rumah Gemilang Indonesia (RGI), 

Generation II, in Bogor, West Java. 

Manager of Planning and Regional Development Unit Corporate Social Responsibility of PTBA Juliana said RGI graduates have been equipped with the skills to get a job or 

open so that it can be useful to themselves, families, and communities.

"We hope, RGI graduates could form a community that might someday be self-employed with the community," said Juliana greeted the arrival of the young men in the CSR of 

PTBA Office at Jalan Jurang Parigi, Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra, on Thursday (12/1).

According to Juliana, PTBA hope, alumni of the RGI II become an agents of change in their residence each to be better.

RGI training program is held in cooperation PTBA with Al-Azhar Peduli Ummat to support Desa Gemilang program. Since July 2016, representatives of the youth who have no 

productive activity of various villages in Muara Enim, received a variety of training which is given freely.

They are free to choose the training department of interest, among others, automotive engineering, graphic design, photography, office administration, dressmaking, as 

well as computer engineering and network.

In addition to getting the material skills, these youth are guided to change attitudes and behavior so that they become a young man with a positive attitude.
 
The program that has been running in two forces is a manifestation of the determination of PTBA to participate in educating the public and alleviate unemployment, 

especially productive labor, in the region of the ring 1 company operations.
